Newry & Mourne Co-op and Enterprise Agency formed a partnership with FutureProof and the Education Authority to deliver the Work4UPlus3 programme, which is funded by the Big Lottery to support young people who are 'at risk' or are disengaged from education, employment or training.
Managed by Newry and Mourne Co-op and Enterprise Agency, together with the primary referral partners the Work4UPlus3 partnership aims to leave a legacy of better working relationships and improved communications between stakeholder service providers.
We have secondary partners who will provide guidance and support and will where necessary shape their complementary services to maximize the effectiveness of the Work4Uplus3 programme of activities.
The Work4uplus3 programme will also form a Reference Group of wider stakeholders, who will be invited to attend quarterly meetings, be advised on the progress of the programme, and provide opportunities to identify any complementary services that the beneficiaries could avail of.
